Sleep. Who needs it? Ha. Who needs MORE of it? I don’t sleep well. Probably because…life. CBD helps me a lot, it’s great for anxiety and I never made the nightmare/vivid dream connection with anxiety until last year. But on a regular basis, I just need something to help me chill. Luke’s always joking about how I can fall asleep so easily, but that doesn’t mean I sleep WELL. That’s likely just 14.5 years of momming 24/7- nursing a baby all night and a bazillion other kids in bed with me- catching up with me, is all. Is not being able to stay awake REALLY the same as “falling asleep” anyway? 🤔😂

Who else needs a little help when it comes to hitting the hay??!
