I was waiting to see if I was imagining this or if it’s legit. But this morning I told Luke that it’s definitely the latter.

I started on Cortistop for help with hormones and weight, not the actual stress reduction. (yeah, duh, they go together….chicken and egg…but I was focused! 😂) However, want to know what I’ve noticed the most? STRESS REDUCTION. Like, I’m the worst…I stress and get anxious about everything. It’s so unbiblical, I know…but it’s my battle. Poor Luke.

But I noticed my stress and anxiety levels have dropped dramatically while taking Cortistop. I’ve been SO much more chill. That’s a huge deal right now, with the stuff going on in our family and the fact that the world makes me feel like I’m losing my mind and somehow got assigned an unsolicited part of an extra in a very bad movie that I wanted nothing to do with. Yeah, so…I’ve noticed the change. And it’s been amazing. In turn I’m happier, not dealing with as much depression (which is a result of stress/anxiety for me), sleeping better, and feeling more energized.

Here’s a great article by pharmacist Lindsey Elmore on the body, cortisol, and Cortistop supplements.

Brynna

Hi there! My name is Brynna and I'm wife to my favorite paramedic and mama to five awesome children. We homeschool, and for a year and a half, we lived in an RV so we could travel, grow closer as a family, and prayerfully decide on a place to build our new home. I am passionate about true wellness, and I run a business with Q Sciences, where I'm able to share my love for health. I've been also found myself moving into a position of ministry for women who've suffered miscarriages/pregnancy loss, as I've had nine of my own, and I love to support and encourage young mom
