Are you tired of the rat race? Do you wish you had more financial means to bless others with? Are you fed up with your job? Are you exhausted by the fact that you don’t get to spend much time with your family? Are you longing for financial freedom and/or tired of living paycheck to paycheck? Do you worry about having to miss work (and therefore not get paid) for illness, sick kids, appointments, or any desire to get away with your family? Are you concerned that you won’t have a retirement built up because in order to accrue one, you have to tap into your own paycheck that is already barely getting you by? (We already know my generation will not likely ever see Social Security, either) Do you worry about what will be left for your children if you were to pass away?
Let’s chat. You’re going to want to read this.
I’ve not really taken an opportunity to dive into this outside of some story images, but I wanted to share because this is too good to keep to myself. You guys, Young Living as a business is a way out. Like seriously- a WAY OUT. If you’re “anti-MLM”, hang in there, stay with me, let me explain some things because I HEAR YOU! I was soooooo against this business model up until the day before I started in it myself. Seriously. I talked smack about MLM’s. Sure, I supported my friends who did them, but I still had no good thoughts about it. Eek. I’m actually going to do a follow-up post on my convictions here. I’ve been humbled.
My interest was piqued when I saw that many families had one spouse start with Young Living and then a few years down the road, the other spouse was able to stop working entirely (and they usually joined with YL as well, because it just made sense). Or when I saw that single moms were taking up Young Living and it was changing their lives because they were able to receive a good-sized paycheck while staying home (and usually homeschooling) their kids, I was super intrigued. Still annoyed by MLM’s, but intrigued because I actually saw people finding long-term SUCCESS with them.
Young Living is a network marketing program. Some refer to it as an MLM, or direct sales. And many have issues with it. (As I said, I get it!!! I was TOTALLY guilty of this!) So let’s address that one right off the bat. If you’re afraid of this model of marketing, considering this. A corporation could also be considered an MLM- it’s a pyramid as well, from the owner, to the board of directors and CEO, to the managers, to the employees…a pyramid. But that doesn’t freak us out. So what’s the big deal? The difference between the two is just that TRUE direct sales/MLM/network marketing requires education. You’re not just getting a product off the shelf and figuring it out yourself, you’re being given resources, provided with education, taught safety information, and allowed access to people who can help you EVERY STEP along the way. Forever. Now WHAT about buying something off the shelf is more appealing than that?
If you hear someone say they’re paying more for a direct sales product, remind them of this. “Big box” stores may make people feel like they’re paying less, but those stores are spending MILLIONS of dollars in advertising, marketing, and shelf space. Young Living, on the other hand, is funneling that money toward the men and women who love their products, share them, and educate others on them, and as a way to say thank you, they send their members a paycheck. So you’re NOT “paying more” by purchasing a direct sales product. You’re skipping the middle man and supporting everyday people- the moms and dads trying to support their families, the friends wanting to get out of their horrible job, the neighbor who’s trying desperately to get out of debt, etc. You’re supporting people you know and love. It doesn’t work that way when you buy a product off the shelf at Target.
A TRUE direct sales company has a GOOD product that actually works and is led WITH that product. In the case of Young Living, we’re education-based rather than sales-based. The love of the product leads to the desire to share, which leads to helping others sign up for their own starter kits, which continues the cycle. And when a person chooses to pursue a business with this company, they don’t have to worry about all the financial stressors of their old job, about a commute, about childcare, about sick days, etc.
But that’s not all, let’s talk perks!!
Young Living offers FREEDOM. Like really, in every sense of the word. No, it’s not a way to make a quick buck, it’s hard work and you EARN your money. But, it’s a way out of the rat race!
**First, you’re establishing a foundation of residual income- that is, doing something once and getting paid for it over and over again. You’re getting the opportunity to make SIX FIGURES MONTHLY. Let me repeat that. SIX FIGURES *MONTHLY*. Yes, monthly. (I’ll be attaching the income disclosure with this information).
**There is no income ceiling. This is NOT a dead end job. EVER.
**Young Living is currently the top essential oil company, 27 years strong, and their products work (not to mention their catalogue is HUGE), which is needed and desired in a time where people are becoming more and more aware of the importance of wellness and making themselves and their families, as well as their homes and environments safe and healthy.
**You do NOT need to carry any inventory. You don’t need to keep anything on hand for other people. What you purchase is yours to use and benefit from.
**You’re your own boss, and YOU set your hours. Want to hustle on a weekend? Want to work in the middle of the night? It’s up to you. You’re family can ALWAYS come first with this job.
**You can will your income to your children! Where else are you going to find a family centered perk like that?
**You can take time off and STILL get paid! This is where there is a HUGE benefit to this model of business. Young Living team members are like family (seriously, the relationship factor in this business is an amazing blessing), and while the “up lines” are eager to help new members get started, and provide them with SO much help and advice to begin successfully, as well as throughout the rest of their years of business, the “down line” members are just as eager to help their up line in times of need. All that means is everyone keeps doing business as normal!! What a blessing for everyone involved. You can give, and be given to.
**You are guaranteed bonuses. They’re all over in your business journey! There are perks at every level within this company.
**You’re helping people. This is seriously THE best opportunity to be yourself, be real and authentic, while teaching and helping other people who want to make changes in their own lives, and you’re getting paid to do it.
When you choose to build a business with Young Living, you do NOT have to go at it alone. The team mentality is strong, and the business is, like I said, a family. You’re going to have help with everything from setting up your account, to learning to teach, to class scripts and make & take ideas, to graphics for you to use, live chats, encouragement, zoom classes (for YOU), etc. Many times you’re even assisted in getting your first members placed under you. Seriously, it’s the BEST way to get started in your home business because you have help with everything, at all times, and people are rooting for you right and left. There’s never competition because everyone is always working together.
If you’re interested in this at ALL (maybe just want to know more, or what this looks like for people “in real life”), I’m including two really great videos, and you can also feel free to hit me up with any questions. I also have some copies of Sarah Harnisch’s little mini-book “Your Gameplan” if you’d like one! But either way, give this some thought. This company is changing lives, and not JUST with their products!
