☝️This is your body.

No, actually it’s inside a submarine.☸️ But when I looked at this, it made me think of the human body.

Our bodies are designed to work- and work WELL- with very little effort from us when we TAKE CARE OF OURSELVES.

When we are eating well, exercising, getting plenty of sunlight, spending time in the fresh air, laughing a lot, making memories with people we love…thats when our bodies function the best, because that’s “taking care of ourselves.”

We aren’t designed to require pharmaceuticals to function. We aren’t designed to rely on doctors to tell us every move to make. We aren’t designed to stay inside and avoid other people and human touch. We aren’t designed to breathe inside a mask all day or to require a lab-created vaccine, or to hide from viruses and avoid them into non-existence. We aren’t designed to constantly be breathing and absorbing chemicals via our cleaners and our laundry detergent and our body/hair/skincare products. Our bodies deal with them anyway because we give them no choice, but they’re not designed to be so constantly bombarded like we cause them to be.

Sure, there are people born sick, there are genetic tendencies and markers that make health a battle from day one. We live in a fallen, imperfect world. But wellness is legit, and it’s under acknowledged. We pretend these surface-level measures equal health, but we’re fooling ourselves.  Health is so much more, and ironic part is, it’s easier to live out than this other stuff!!!

Brynna

Hi there! My name is Brynna and I'm wife to my favorite paramedic and mama to five awesome children. We homeschool, and for a year and a half, we lived in an RV so we could travel, grow closer as a family, and prayerfully decide on a place to build our new home. I am passionate about true wellness, and I run a business with Q Sciences, where I'm able to share my love for health. I've been also found myself moving into a position of ministry for women who've suffered miscarriages/pregnancy loss, as I've had nine of my own, and I love to support and encourage young mom
